ADVISA Welcomes Three to Growing Team
ADVISA, a leader and culture effectiveness firm based in the Carmel Arts & Design District, is excited to announce it has added three new team members to its growing Carmel-based staff.
The recently onboarded group includes Special Projects Coordinator Jordyn Blythe as well as Client Success Consultants Matt Boling and Laura Halt.
“Our growth is supported by our amazing clients, and we are thrilled to add more talented people to our roster who can further assist in developing more effective teams, leaders, and cultures,” said ADVISA’s President Heather Haas. “Each of our new team members brings unique talents and experience that will amplify our mission and values—ultimately resulting in the achievement of your goals.”
Blythe is a member of the 2022 Orr Fellowship class and a recent graduate from Ball State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communication studies and political science.
Boling was most recently an account manager at Lessonly, a training software company, for nearly five years. Prior to, he worked for 13 years in secondary and higher education. He earned his master’s degree in education from Olivet Nazarene University and his bachelor’s degree from Taylor University, where he was a history major played on the men’s basketball team.
Halt comes to ADVISA from TrueU, where she was the Director of Member Engagement. She has also held the fundraising director positions at both the American Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. She graduated with honors from DePauw University, majoring in Communications.
