Jeff is the son of a consultant who racked up lots of air miles, so he vicariously followed countless business transformations before he ever hit the workforce.
Born and raised in Texas before eventually following his career to the Midwest, Jeff is a graduate of the University of North Texas. He never developed a drawl. But given the option, he would eat Tex-Mex every meal, and he buys Cholula by the gallon. That’s not hyperbole.
A creative at heart, Jeff has been in marketing his whole career, both in-house and on the agency side, and has provided marketing strategy and creative direction to multiple Fortune 100 companies. In his spare time, he can usually be found transforming something meh into something heck-yeah. Motorcycles, cars, houses, friends’ resumes, you name it. He can’t resist a good before-and-after.
Jeff is also a big believer in collaboration. His favorite project of all time was one he worked on with his wife. They named her Presley. His other daughter is an adopted Boxer mix named Bailey.
Fun Fact
In the 6th grade, Jeff procrastinated on his science fair project until the night before. Using his mother’s hair dryer and some scrap wood, he created a contraption to show how airplane propellers work at different pitches. Having run out of time, he guessed the results and graphed it out. Jeff won at the local and regional levels. He was asked to present at a gathering of over 200 members of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He’s still not sure if they bought it.
