Lauren is a problem-solver at heart, passionate about helping people reach their goals through data-driven insights and strategic project management. Before joining ADVISA as a Data + Project Specialist, she spent nearly a decade in digital marketing, guiding a small agency from 50 employees to a global advertising powerhouse of over 300. A lover of puzzles, Lauren thrives on turning complex challenges into streamlined solutions.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Writing from DePauw University—proof that a knack for storytelling pairs well with a talent for strategy.
When she’s not wrangling data, you’ll find her painting, gardening, or raising Monarch butterflies. She lives in Bargersville with her husband, Andrew, their sons, Benjamin and Harrison, and their very spoiled rescue pup, Rocky.
Fun Fact
Lauren started playing the violin at age 6. She performed for many years with the symphony of the Indianapolis Youth Orchestra. In 1998, she played the electric violin with the Center Grove High School marching band during their competition season, helping them place 3rd at the Bands of America Grand National Championships. Lauren ultimately decided not to pursue music as a career, but she still enjoys playing.
