Leslie Phillips is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse at ADVISA, where they turn chaos into streamlined perfection as the Director of Operations. A master of business optimization, Leslie thrives on tackling inefficiencies, slashing unnecessary costs, and making complex processes run like a well-oiled machine.

A total tech geek (in the best way possible), Leslie holds four Salesforce certifications and loves nothing more than diving into customization, automation, and dashboards that turn raw data into crystal-clear business insights. If there’s a smarter, faster way to do something, Leslie will find it.

Right now, she’s on a mission to bring AI into the mix, helping ADVISA level up with cutting-edge tools that make the company more agile, scalable, and future-ready. Whether it’s revamping AP/AR workflows, optimizing tech infrastructure, or fine-tuning strategy, Leslie is all about making work smarter, not harder.

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and currently resides in Indianapolis. In her free time, you can find her planting flowers, playing with her Siamese Munchkin cat Reba, or watching documentaries.

Fun Fact

As a child, Leslie loved to fish.

One of her earliest fishing memories was in first grade when she went fishing in the pond at her parents’ house after school. Leslie caught a bass, and her parents snapped a photo and submitted it to the local news station’s Big Ol’ Fish contest. She won. The photo is still on display at her parents’ house today.

“My prize?” she recalled. “A neon yellow T-shirt that was probably two sizes too big, but I wore it with pride.”
